Our story

Every Embi coffee comes with a personal tale.

Embi is my family name on my mother's side. The Embi family comes from Papua New Guinea, and naming this business after them is my way of carrying that heritage with me, proudly, every day.

That idea runs through everything I do. Each blend is named for someone or something that means a lot to me. Billy, our signature blend, is named after my first dog, who was a light in my day and loved very much.
