Tasting notes: chocolate, nutty, sweet
Roast: Medium

Introducing Billy, our signature medium roast, crafted for a balanced cup that's rich with chocolate, rounded out by a gentle nuttiness, and finished with a natural sweetness.

Whether you're after a brief escape, a chance to catch up with friends, or simply a spark of serendipity, Billy is designed to bring a light to your day.

The story behind Billy

Billy was my first dog. He was a light in my day and loved very much. This blend carries his name, and my hope is that it brings a little of that light to your day too.
